Hi, I’m Stef — founder of Marèa Movement.

We are a small business based in the West Midlands, running Pilates and movement classes across Coventry, Warwickshire and surrounding areas.

We offer classes for all levels of experience, from beginners to professional movers and athletes. Classes are run both in studio and online. Workshops and events are run periodically.

We take pride in celebrating the uniqueness of our clients and our classes are a warm, welcoming and inclusive for everyone to join.
